How to Leave Reviews

Reviews are just one step down from food as far as authors are concerned. They help us enormously.

Amazon makes it a little difficult, what with having different links depending on where you live, so I've put a link for the US and the UK beneath each book. If you aren't in either of those markets, please go back to the book on your usual Amazon page and scroll down until you see the link.
